Feeling peck-ish @ 4 pm? try this....

Ricotta is one the healthiest cheese you will get - low in fat and carbs and very high in protein. If you are looking at keeping the carbs low - makes sense to have a pot in your fridge!

For a quick snack - I take a few walnuts - a couple spoonfuls of ricotta - some berries with a dab of sugar free whole fruit preserve.  Works as a great dessert too!
