Meal Diary

BREAKFAST


Woke up lazy - no green tea (bad start)
  1. coffee
  2. kellog's granola cereal with crushed flax and sunflower seeds 
MID MORNING
  1. An apple with a few almonds and couple walnuts
  2. Green tea
LUNCH
  1. DALIA KHICHDI WITH BROKEN GREEN MOONG DAL LOADED WITH VEGGIES 
  2. SALAD WITH LEMON DRESSING (INCLUDE LEMON JUICE WITH EVERY MEAL - GREAT DIGESTIVE)
  3. DAHI
TEA

  1. Green tea
  2. A small slice of lemon-curd cake ( slight indulgence)
DINNER

  1. Corn, peppers, carrot, tomato, cucumber, tahini and pita chip salad
  2. Yogurt with dry fruits (one hour after the salad)

fitness this... and that


DO
- walk on the beach for 50 min - thrice a week 
- routines combining pilates and yoga twice a week


EAT
Of course I am talking of a good week! If I go off track with my routines - I watch what I eat a little - and keep bingeing to a minimum! But trust me if you crave that biryani or chocolate cake - go for it - if you balance out the rest of what you eat - one portion of indulgence  will make you happy and not pile up the pounds - contrary to popular belief! So go ahead indulge! (though its a good idea to wrap up your indulgences by about 2 pm latest!)



Thought for the day

FASHION POLICE - IN THE HOUSE PLEASE - OOOOHHHHH - calf length slouch boots, leather jackets, hats... come on peeps.. this is Mumbai!
